Ingredients

100g Cerelac Millet (2 sachets)

  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil  
  • 1 package (1/4 ounce) active dry heat
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 ½ cups of warm water
  • 1/4 cup white sugar

Step by step

  • Preparation

    • Dissolve yeast in warm water. Add in sugar, salt, oil, 1 cup of flour, CERELAC® Millet and stir until smooth
    • Knead in the 2nd cup of flour to form a soft dough.
    • Knead until elastic. (About 8-10minutes). Place in a greased bowl, turning once to grease the top. Cover and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour.
    • Punch dough down, place on a lightly floured surface; and shape into a loaf.
    • Place in a greased loaf pan. Cover and let rise until doubled (about 30minutes).
    • Bake at 375 F (190 C) for 35 minutes. Bread is done if it sounds hollow when tapped.
    • Remove from pan and allow to cool.
