200g Cerelac wheat(4 sachets)
- 100g butter
- 60g (1/2 cup) self raising flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ½ teaspoon salt

Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350°F (180°c)
- Thoroughly beat brown sugar and butter together until smooth
- Add 1 egg to butter mixture, beat in a little before beating in the second egg. Add vanilla essence and beat some more
- Mix flour and CERELAC® wheat together in a bowl and add to the butter mixture. Keep mixing until it turns into a dough
- Drop cookie dough on baking sheets using a tablespoon
- Bake in preheated oven until browned (about 8 to 9 minutes). Allow cookies to cool completely and serve
- Remaining portion can be stored in a cookie jar for 5 days
