Ingredients
- 50g of Cerelac Wheat (1 sachet)- mixed with 150ml lukewarm water
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 medium sweet potato
- A pinch of nutmeg powder
- Very little black pepper and seed powder 1 egg yolk

Preparation
- Boil peeled sweet potato till tender
- When potatoes are ready, melt 1 tablespoon of butter in pan and set aside
- Put cooked potato in a bowl and mash. Add remaining 1 tablespoon of butter and premixed CERELAC® and continue mashing. Then add nutmeg, black pepper powder and egg yolk. Mash a little more
- Pre heat oven to 425 F (220 C)
- Pipe the potatoes onto a cookie sheet using a piping bag with a large star point
- Brush the potatoes with the melted butter. Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes or until nicely browned
