Ingredients
- 100 Cerelac wheat (2 sachets)
- 6 scoops of NIDO +1milk (mixed with 225 ml of lukewarm water)
- 1 small onion(chopped)
- 3 small tomatoes (chopped)
- 4 lasagna sheets
- ½ cup of mozzarella cheese
- 1 table spoon of extra virgin olive oil
- A pinch of salt

Praparation
- Preheat oven to 350 F (180 C)
- Put a large pot of lightly salted water to boil
- Add lasagna sheets and cook for 3minutes; drain and set aside. Try not to break the lasagna sheet.
- Fry chopped onions and tomatoes in oil
- Mix CERELAC® wheat with baby’s milk until smooth and set aside
- Place 2 layers of the lasagna sheets on the bottom of the dish. Spread ½ of the sauce, ½ of the CERELAC Wheat mixture and ½ of the mozzarella cheese and repeat layers. Cover with aluminum foil and bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes. Serve warm or cold
