Ingredients
- 200g CERELAC® Millet (4 sachets)
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup self raising flour
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 6 scoops of Nido1+ milk (mixed with 225ml of lukewarm water)
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 3 bananas

Preparation
- Mix flour, baking powder and salt in a small bowl and set aside
- In a large mixing bowl, mash CERELAC® Millet, bananas and baby’s milk
- Add eggs, flour mix and beat well
- Portion evenly into greased muffin pan cups.
- Bake at 350 F (180 C) for about 20 minutes or until golden brown. Let it cool, then serve
