Ingredients
- 200g CERELAC® Fruits (4 sachets)
- 100 g self raising flour
- A pinch of salt
- 50g butter
- 25g caster sugar
- 7 scoops of Nido1 + milk (mixed in 1 cup of lukewarm water)
- 1 egg
Step by step

Preparation Cerelac Scones
- Preheat the oven to 400 F (200 C)
- Mix the CERELAC Fruits, flour, salt and rub in the butter
- Mix in the sugar and then the baby’s milk to get a soft dough. Turn on to floured work surface and knead very lightly.
- Portion evenly into greased muffin pan cups and brush the top of the scones with the beaten eggs
- Bake for 13 minutes or until well risen and golden.
