Ingredients
- 50g CERELAC® wheat (1 sachet)
- 1/2 ripe avocado
- 2 tablespoons of MILO®
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 teaspoon of unsalted butter
- 4 scoops of Nido1 + (mixed in 150ml of lukewarm water)

Preparation
- Mix MILO® in 3 tablespoons of warm water in a saucepan
- Heat butter in the microwave for 40 seconds and stir to melt completely. Add to MILO® Whisk in the egg yolks and set aside to cool
- Pour baby’s milk into a mixer and beat on medium speed until it starts to thicken
- Add the CERELAC® Wheat, avocado and vanilla essence and whisk until it starts to form stiff.
- Carefully fold the mixture (slowly overturn) into the cool chocolate mixture
- Cover and refrigerate for a while before serving
