Ingredients
- 100g Cerelac Maize (2 sachets)
- 1 tablespoon of unsalted butter
- 1 slice of yam
- ¼ clove of garlic (chopped)

Preparation
- Boil peeled yam with salt till tender.
- Mash cooked yams in a large bowl. Blend in the butter and garlic. Mix in 1 sachet of the CERELAC® Maize a little at a time until you have soft dough.
- Pour the sachet of CERELAC® Maize on a clean flat surface. Roll the dough on it into several long snakes and cut ino finger lengths
- Drop the coated dough pieces into boiling water and allow them to cook until they float to the surface.
- Remove the floating pieces with sievespoon. Serve with butter or sauce.
