Cerelac Custard Recipe
Ingredients
- 50g of Cerelac Maize (1 sachet)
- 4 scoops of Nido1+milk
- 1 egg
- ½ teaspoon of vanilla essence
- 150ml lukewarm water
Step by step

Preparation
- Mix baby’s milk and CERELAC® Maize with lukewarm water until smooth and consistent
- Add eggs and vanilla essence
- Whisk all ingredients until smooth consistent and pour into a heat safe bowl
- Put bowl into a pot of boiling water and allow to steam with the lid on
- Mixed until smooth. Add little lukewarm water to adjust if needed. Serve warm or cold
